Another Cupcake Camp is in the books, & 2 AWARDS are in hand!
This time we expanded up the coast of California a little and visited Santa Barbara, CA.
This is one event where we brought something new, & it was AMAZING! Our Goat Cheese, Pear, & Pecan Cupcake made it’s debut, and not to mention, took home 1st Place for Most Unique Ingredient!
We also took home 1st Place for our Most Santa Barbara Themed cupcake design! 2 out of 3 categories total, in the Professional Level. What a spectacular day!
We were asked to be a part of this wonderful event from Stephanie (the wonderful coordinator) & her lovely daughter Blakely, who is the founder of Cupcakes for Cancer; while we were at Cupcake Camp SGV in 2011. This event supported Cupcakes for Cancer, & of course we couldn’t resist helping out such a great cause
The event was held on Sunday, July 24 2011 from 1-4pm at the Fess Parker Resort in Santa Barbara, CA
